If your land is located in Puglia or Basilicata, it is free of restrictions, has no valuable crops (such as vineyards or olive groves, unless they are affected by Xylella), is at least 2 hectares in size and is located near primary electrical substations of Terna's e-distribution or electrical stations, could be suitable for the installation of an agrivoltaic or photovoltaic and/or electrical energy storage system, so contact us and we will evaluate it for free, verifying the absence of constraints and the distance from the connection points to the electricity grid.
In the event that the outcome of the evaluation is positive, we will be able to offer you, also through the stipulation of a preliminary agreement with leading energy multinationals with whom we have signed commercial agreements, to purchase your land at prices higher than the market average or stipulate a surface rights providing excellent remuneration which will be added to the current yield of your land.
